A tracking platform for STIHL Repair

When an unusual defect occurred in a STIHL machine, information needed to flow smoothly between the supplier, dealer and technical service team. STIHL Belgium asked Crossmark to develop a digital platform for this purpose.

Together with STIHL, we mapped out the necessary steps and users. This clarified which information the different people involved needed to record and retrieve.

Based on this analysis, we built a ticketing system. It shows which dealer reported a problem and how its follow-up is progressing. Status updates and comments keep all communication within the same application.

This makes STIHL Repair more than an ordinary website: it is a platform for a specific workflow between the supplier, dealer and technical service team. The case also demonstrates our role in analysis and development, not only in visual design.
