Without a clear foundation, it becomes difficult to keep all that material recognisable. The aim is not to outsource everything to us, but to help your team work more effectively on its own.

We look at which tasks recur, which programs your team uses and how much freedom is needed. We then tailor templates, guidelines or an LLM-based tool using Claude or OpenAI accordingly. For such a tool, we also agree what it can prepare and what your team checks itself. This keeps day-to-day communications in your own hands, with Crossmark providing support when needed.
