A website for Huawei’s European Leadership Academy

Huawei’s European Leadership Academy brings together initiatives that support female talent in the digital and technology sectors. It needed a website where visitors could easily find programmes, stories and information.

We brought the different programmes, stories and resources together in a clear site structure. Visitors needed to be able to discover what the academy does while quickly finding the information that is relevant to them.

We then developed the web design and built the site. Clear layouts and strong typography give the content room to breathe, while the interface remains inviting for an international audience.

The website gives the different initiatives a shared home without visitors losing sight of the bigger picture. This case shows how content structure, design and development come together in a digital platform that brings multiple programmes under one roof.

The European Leadership Academy is a Huawei initiative. It includes The Schools for Female Leadership in the Digital Age and The Women’s Academy for Rural Innovation, programmes that aim to support women in the digital and technology sectors.
