Website for Huawei’s European Leadership Academy – where female digital leaders grow
For Huawei’s European Leadership Academy, we developed a website that powerfully translates the project’s mission into the digital landscape. The academy includes initiatives such as The Schools for Female Leadership in the Digital Age and The Women’s Academy for Rural Innovation, all aimed at recognising, supporting and empowering female talent within the digital and technological sectors.
The challenge was to create a platform that is both informative and inspiring — a place where young women from across Europe can access stories, programmes and tools that help them grow into leaders in the tech world. The website combines a clear structure with a visual style that reflects the values of equality, innovation and empowerment.
Through thoughtful layouts, strong typography and an accessible interface, we created a platform that is professional, inviting and future-focused — just like the women it aims to support.
