Jasper is team leader at Crossmark and a generalist in the broadest sense of the word. He studied Information Management and Information Systems at Katholieke Hogeschool Mechelen. He soon combined that technical foundation with his interest in design and communication.
After graduating in 2008, Jasper decided to apply spontaneously to Crossmark, not far from where he lived at the time. As luck would have it, a position had just opened up before the vacancy had even been published. That fortunate coincidence brought him on board as a new media designer. He later progressed to account manager and eventually team leader.

As team leader, Jasper oversees every project once it has moved beyond the quotation stage. He turns briefs into clear plans, assigns tasks and stays in close contact with clients and colleagues. This allows him to monitor execution, check quality and guide every assignment from the initial brief through to final delivery.
As a generalist, Jasper combines strategy, design, development and content. His strength lies in turning large amounts of information into one clear whole. He brings clarity and emotional resonance together, ensuring that communication not only informs correctly, but also feels human and genuinely reaches people.
